Living Areas
- Clean light fixtures
- Dust crown molding and walls
- Dust/wipe down door frames, doors, and hardware as necessary
- Vacuum and wipe down baseboards
- Wipe banisters/railings
- Vacuum and wipe all open shelving
- Vacuum and wipe interior and exterior of cabinets
- Clean countertops and backsplash
- Clean switch plates and outlet covers
- Vacuum carpet, clean hard-surface floors
Kitchens & Bathrooms
- Clean light fixtures
- Vacuum and wipe out all cabinets and shelving
- Clean countertops and backsplash
- Clean switch plates and outlet covers, as necessary
- Wipe down doors and hardware
- Wipe down appliances and remove any labels not required to remain
- Clean sinks and plumbing hardware
- Clean toilets. Remove any and all temporary protection and labels not requred to remain
- Clean mirror(s) and remove labels as necessary
- Clean all hard-surface flooring
Interior Windows
- Clean frames and inside track
- Remove labels, clean glass
- Wipe sills
